1) What is the turn-around time for my design project? It really depends how many feedback/revision cycles you go through. Most of our customers use two to three feedback/revision cycles to complete their design order. Whenever you decide a particular design is exactly what you wanted and there aren't any additional changes or revisions, you can approve the design and a final CD-Rom package will be sent to you. For your convenience, all of eConcept's Design Services have a four business day turn-around for each feedback/revision cycle. Once you submit comments for all designs, a new set of revised designs will be ready for your review within four days. This feedback/revision cycle will continue until you approve your final design(s). For an additional fee, express service options for 24 or 48 hour turn-around is available. Please email info@econcepts.co.uk for any rush or expedite requests. 2) How many revisions am I allowed to make? During the development phase, eConcept's Design Service allows an unlimited amount of design revisions. However, once you approve a final design, re-opening a approved design order will incur an additional service fee. 3) May I talk to a designer directly? Certainly. eConcepts are glad to provide you access to our design team via email and phone. MAC or PC formats. 5) Can I upgrade my design order with additional services such as letterhead/stationery or slogan designs? If you would like to upgrade your order, please email info@econcepts.co.uk. Please check our pricing page for details. 6) What is your cancellation policy? You may cancel your order for a full refund within the first 7 days of submitting your order. Any cancellation requests submitted after 7 days of placing an order will be subject to a £29 processing fee. No refunds will be granted once 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
